Additional Important Issues in 2024 Election – Harris vs Trump

With the 2024 U.S. presidential election in less than a month, here is a follow up analysis of the major party candidates on important issues in addition to the ones I posted last month (see my analysis of where Harris and Trump stand on the six most important issues to the American people in 2024 according to polls). I realized my previous analysis left out many issues that are important to me, so I include them here and now for your review in another side by side comparison of Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.

The issues this time around are Censorship and Free Speech, Endorsements, Government Size and Power, Rights and the Constitution, Fiscal and Foreign Policy, and Trustworthiness.  Again, this is by no means comprehensive of all the good or bad aspects of either candidate, nor of all the issues which I think are important factors in making a voting decisions, but it’s a good start and, together with my other analysis, it should be a solid basis for making a voting decision.

My analysis shows that Donald Trump’s position and record on these issues is much more in line with values I hold dear (freedom, constitutional rights, limited government, and trustworthiness) compared to Kamala Harris, which is why Trump has my support. The chart below has a little more detail and links to source articles where you can read much more on each topic. And don’t forget to vote on election day, Tuesday, November 5, 2024, or earlier. May God be with and bless you and our nation.
